I
had an appointment to get my side mirror estimated at 10:30 this
morning, so I decided to workout beforehand. I did 35 minutes on the
treadmill, 15 minutes on the stairmaster, and 15 minutes on the
stationary bike.

I forgot to take a picture of my entire meal (still trying to get used to taking pictures of what I eat)-- but I had Whole Foods' fruit-- pineapple, blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower with hummus, and some TJ Chocolate sorbet for dessert.
Being home during the day is spoiling me, b/c I was getting sleepy, so I had coffee, and a Luna bar for a mid-afternoon snack.
Dinner was TJ Quinoa mixed with Target's Archer Farm's mixed veggies, broccoli, cauliflower with hummus, and a TJ pomegranate granola yogurt. I had 1/2 of a Zevia with lunch, and finished it out for dinner.
And some chocolate sorbet for dessert again....
I was/am really craving
sweets this afternoon, namely chocolate cake with chocolate frosting,
and Bavarian creme doughnuts with chocolate frosting and a Diet Coke--
my evil nemeses!
I
didn't have enough time to do weights this morning, and my plan was to
do it this afternoon. That didn't happen, yet, but I still have some
time, that I could do it tonight.
